Last updated: June 20, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ProjectVillage, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What ProjectVillage is
ProjectVillage is a goal-tracking and productivity application that lets you manage personal projects, track milestones, and build a visual village as you make progress. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Accounts
You may sign in using Google, X (Twitter), or Reddit. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & payments
ProjectVillage offers a free tier and a paid Pro (Founder) plan. Paid subscriptions are billed in Canadian dollars (CA$) through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the service in any way that could harm ProjectVillage or other users; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Your content
You own the project names, milestones, and other content you create. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it to you as part of the service. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.
7. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for lost data, missed goals, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
